KINOVTECH may process, in particular, the following data: identity, contact details, information related to the business relationship, connection data, technical logs, billing data, history of analyses and credit purchases, API keys, exchanges with support, and more broadly any data provided when creating an account, subscribing, or using the service.

Data is processed for handling requests, creating and administering accounts, providing the service, contractual and commercial management, billing, security, logging, maintenance, support, fraud prevention, service improvement, regulatory compliance, and defending KINOVTECH's rights.

Processing is based, depending on the case, on the performance of pre-contractual measures, the performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, and KINOVTECH's legitimate interest, particularly with regard to security, evidence, service improvement, and protection of its interests.

Data may be accessible, strictly within the limits of their duties, to authorized KINOVTECH staff, its technical providers, subcontractors, advisors, support tools, security tools, communication tools, payment provider (Stripe), technical partners, and more generally to any party necessary for operating the service or legally authorized to access it.

Terra-Orb is an open-source intelligence exploitation and analysis platform. The user remains solely responsible for the lawfulness of their purposes, searches, processing, exports, cross-referencing, decisions, information obligations, and, more generally, the use they make of the data and results obtained via the platform.

Terra-Orb incorporates artificial intelligence systems for translation, classification, summarization, and generation of analysis reports. These systems function as decision-support tools and do not replace human judgment.

Transparency: users are informed when a response or analysis is AI-generated. Deliverables include an indication of their AI-assisted nature.

Limitations: AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or bias. Users are advised to systematically verify critical information before any decision or action.

Training data: the models used are third-party APIs whose data policies are available on their respective websites. No customer data is used to train the models.

Traceability: interactions with the AI systems are logged for security, compliance, and service improvement purposes, in accordance with AI Act obligations.

Human oversight: decisions with a significant impact must always be subject to human validation.
