Schneider Electric rachète l'américain PTC pour 22,6 milliards
C'est le plus gros rachat de l'histoire du groupe français. Schneider Electric a signé l'acquisition de PTC, l'éditeur américain des logiciels industriels Creo et Windchill, pour 22,6 milliards de dollars en cash, autour de 20 milliards d'euros. Les actionnaires n'ont visiblement pas la même lecture de l'opération que la direction, l'action a perdu 10 % dans la journée.
